NQA Regulations
The rules and regulations define the contract between NQA and its customers and outline the key elements of the certification service taking account of specific criteria of NQA's accreditors.

- Direct Debit Mandate
Instructions for client: Enter your account number from an old invoice on the back of the mandate (begins with a D and between 6 and 10 digits about a quarter of the way down on the right hand side). Then print off the form as we need an original signature. If the name on the nominated bank account is different to that of the registered company please enter the name of the company on the back of the direct debit. Those clients currently paying over six months can continue over the same period or less if they so wish.
